The Work We Offer

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Below are the forms our work takes — each shaped to meet you where you are. If you're unsure which fits, start with a 15-minute consultation and we'll find the path together.

Individual Therapy — Depth Work for Sensitive Souls

One-on-one therapy for adults and adolescents (12+) ready to move beyond surface-level coping. Using Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, we tend the parts of you that have been carrying — gently, in their own time. This is the work for people who feel deeply, think deeply, and are ready to be witnessed deeply.  Available in person in Springfield, Oregon and online across Oregon.

Couples & Family / Relational Therapy — Tending the Relationships That Matter Most

Couples and family therapy offers a space to slow down and understand the patterns that shape how you relate to one another — especially in moments of conflict, disconnection, or hurt. Using approaches like Emotion-Focused Therapy and parts work, we explore what’s underneath those patterns so each person can feel more fully seen, heard, and understood. This work isn’t about assigning blame, but about creating the conditions for repair, deeper connection, and a more honest way of being together. Available for couples, partners, and families seeking to rebuild trust, improve communication, or navigate life transitions.

Intake & Consultation — Beginning the Work, Gently

We begin with a 15-minute consultation, a simple first step to connect, hear what’s bringing you in, and get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit. If we decide to move forward, your intake session becomes a space to understand your story more fully — what’s been weighing on you, what you’ve already tried, and what feels ready for care now. From there, we’ll begin shaping a path together that honors your goals and your pace, whether you’re new to therapy or returning for deeper work. Connect to book a consultation.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy — For the Ones Called to Deeper Terrain

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is for those who feel called to work beneath the thinking mind — often after doing meaningful therapy already and sensing there’s more to be met. Together, we move through preparation, medicine sessions, and integration at the pace of trust, allowing space for what’s been held quietly to emerge. I bring parts work and relational presence into each stage of the journey, knowing the medicine opens the doorway — but the healing happens in how we meet what arises and gently weave it back into your life. Available in person in Springfield, Oregon and offered as a private-pay service. Learn more.

Investment & Insurance

Therapy is an investment in your healing, your relationships, and your life. We aim to keep this process clear, transparent, and easy to navigate from the start.

We begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation — a chance to connect, discuss your needs, and review insurance or payment options before scheduling your intake.

Payment Options

We strive to make the practical side of therapy as straightforward as possible.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards for eligible services. Payment is processed securely through our client portal and is due at the time of service.

Insurance

We are in-network with select insurance providers, including Pacific Source Health Plans, Trillium Community Health Plan, MODA, and First Choice Health Network. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance directly to understand your mental health benefits, including copays, deductibles, and session limits.

Private Pay & Out-of-Network

If you are choosing to pay out-of-pocket or using out-of-network benefits, payment is due at the time of service. We can provide a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement through your insurance plan.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

KAP is a private-pay service and is not billable to insurance. The investment reflects the depth of preparation, medicine sessions, and integration this work requires. If you feel called to this work, you can learn more about the journey here.

Questions for Your Insurance Provider

If you’re unsure what your plan covers, these questions can help clarify your benefits:

  • Does my plan include mental health benefits?

  • Do I have out-of-network coverage?

  • Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?

  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year?

  • Do I need a referral or prior authorization for services?
