Meet Aaron

I'm a mixed-race Korean American therapist, IFS therapist, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy guide. I came to this work the way many sensitive people do — by living it first.  Growing up between cultures taught me early that healing isn't one-size-fits-all. The most meaningful work I've witnessed lives in the bridge — between mind and heart, science and soul, what we know clinically and what we feel in our bodies.  My training is in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Emotion-Focused Therapy — all rigorously researched, all deeply heart-centered. I've also dedicated myself to Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy because some healing asks us to drop below the thinking mind into territory talk alone cannot reach.  The people I'm honored to walk with tend to be sensitive, intuitive, generous — therapists, healers, caretakers, creatives, seekers — many with marginalized identities, many carrying ancestral stories the world hasn't always made room for.  If that's you, I'd be honored to walk with you.  — Aaron

Our Shared Practice Values.

As therapists from diverse backgrounds with training and experience in treating trauma and life hardships, we will work with you and your family where you are today. Our goal is to offer a culturally sensitive and compassionate space where you feel safe, seen, and can create a goal for yourself and your loved ones that will guide our work. We will support you in gaining the tools and resources needed to reach your goals one step at a time. Our mission is to support you on this journey towards your goal and thereby increasing your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness.

Evidence-Based and Heart-Rooted.

Our therapists practice evidence-based modalities to support clients in achieving their goals, and thereby discovering a deeper level of healing and wellness both personally and in relationships. We aim to support clients in getting the tools and resources they need to find lasting symptom relief from a variety of mental health concerns. We use a diverse array of modalities and specialize in experiential and relational models of therapy. We believe that it is through experiences that we are wounded and develop limiting beliefs about ourselves, and it is through experience and supportive relationships that we heal.

Some of what brings people to this work:

  • You're highly sensitive and tired of being told you're 'too much.'

  • You're a caretaker, and you've forgotten what it feels like to be held.

  • You're a therapist or healer whose own work is asking to be tended.

  • You're walking a marginalized path and want a therapist who gets it without a translation.

  • You've done years of talk therapy and feel called to something deeper.

  • You're curious about parts work, somatic healing, or psychedelic-assisted therapy.

  • You're grieving — a person, an identity, a version of yourself.

  • You're navigating the weight of ancestral or generational stories.
