Summit Wellness Counseling—a person-of-color and neurodivergent owned private practice—is hiring Licensed Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologists) for full-time roles.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality therapy services both in-person and via telehealth.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation.
- Collaborate with clients’ care teams and participate in team meetings and consultations.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 21 client sessions per week.
- Uphold ethical standards and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, therapy, psychology, or clinical social work.
- Active Oregon license: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Experience working with diverse and historically underserved populations.
- Strong clinical skills in trauma-informed, client-centered care.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA-compliant practices.
- Commitment to personal growth, self-care, and collaborative teamwork.
Preferred:
- Experience in private practice.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Training or interest in EMDR, IFS, relational/attachment-based therapy, or feminist therapy models.
What We Offer
- Expected annual compensation when meeting full time quota: $95K–$105K+ based on caseload.
- Fixed Annual Compensation Component of $85,000/year, paid monthly.
- 60% commission per session.
- Flexible 32-40 hour workweek with hybrid or remote scheduling options.
